We are Punto Impacto, a management and organizational culture consultancy that supports organizations in the design and implementation of processes that strengthen internal communication, cultural development, institutional relations and decision-making, with a clear focus on execution and results.

Where it all begins
Punto Impacto was born from a deep conviction that no real transformation occurs solely through strategy, and that communication only has an impact if it first connects with people.
For years we've witnessed organizations with grand ideas, such as renewable energy and sustainable materials projects, that had ambitious goals and well-crafted narratives, but with something essential disconnected from within. Teams that worked hard, but lacked clarity; committed individuals, but were rarely heard; and sound strategies that didn't always translate into tangible results on a daily basis.
That's when the question arose that changed everything:
What would happen if, before communicating outward, we truly connected inward? That's how Punto Impacto was born.
The name is no coincidence. Punto is that exact place where the transformation towards something better occurs. It is the point where the energies of people converge with the energy of projects, especially those linked to renewable energies and more sustainable development.
It is the moment when different perspectives, experiences, and purposes align to achieve the same goal, and here something special happens: a spark occurs.
A spark of ideas, of honest conversations, of strategies that cease to be abstract and begin to make sense to those who make them possible. And that spark is the great impact.
